When you use the contact form, your browser opens your email application with the name, email address, and project context you enter. The website does not itself submit or store that form data. Once you send the email, we receive its contents and the usual email metadata.

Hosting and network providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser details, request time, and requested URL to deliver and protect the website. No analytics integration is present in this repository; if analytics is added, this notice must be updated first.

We use enquiries to respond, assess potential engagements, and maintain related business records. We limit access to people who need it for those purposes and avoid requesting unnecessary personal or payment information through the form.

Website hosting, content delivery, DNS, and email providers may process information on our behalf. Provider identities, locations, contractual terms, and any cross-border transfers must be verified against the production setup before release.

Enquiry records are kept only as long as needed for the enquiry, a resulting engagement, or applicable legal obligations. A specific retention schedule must be confirmed by Pattern Purge before release. We use proportionate access and transport safeguards, but email transmission is subject to the security of the sender's and recipient's email services.
